I began my career as a construction director overseeing large-scale development projects across Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the USA. Through firsthand experience, I realized the fragmented nature of the construction development industry and the immense potential for process enhancement. As I endeavored to bridge these gaps and optimize project delivery, my focus shifted towards innovation and technology.
Transitioning into the role of an internal business management consultant for major construction groups in Saudi Arabia, I spearheaded comprehensive organizational and digital transformation programs. These initiatives aimed to streamline Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) processes from planning and design to construction and operations.
Drawing from my extensive industry experience, I founded Construct360, a smart construction business system. Rooted in practical insights and a cost-effective advisory approach, it improves organizational processes and systems with smart construction principles. The mission is to reduce project timelines, enhance ROI, and drive sustainable growth.
With over two decades of experience as an Executive Transformation Leader in the Middle East for large construction projects, I specialize in leading and building teams to achieve remarkable efficiency gains of up to 30% for new projects within just 24 months. My expertise lies in optimizing project delivery, enhancing operational efficiency, and unifying project management technology platforms and data structures to deliver cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
As an Italian national with roots in the Middle East, I embrace multiculturalism and fluently speak English, Italian, French, and Arabic. I hold an MBA in International Business and Management in Construction from the University of Manchester, which has further honed my skills in the industry. Planned, directed and delivered high-profile specialty construction projects, including the Justice Court of Padova - IT, Isveimer Tower Napoli - IT, Mena Royal Complex Mecca - KSA, Justice Court of Luxembourg - LU, Nixdorf Computer HQ Bern, Switzerland - Khalchbuhl Commercial Complex Chur. I also managed the development of the Sharalton Condo Hotel in Miami Beach, USA, and an exclusive Italian multimillions Euro NPL Real Estate fund. In addition, I Provided the business & project competence for adopting and implementing advanced CRM solutions for projects marketing and sales cycle management, and orchestrated the design and implementation of an Integrated Construction Management Information System (CICM) to manage the entire project contract lifecycle.

2007 - FIRST MILESTONE
As an Organizational Transformation Leader for IBS, a subsidiary of the Nesma Group, I actively participated in strategic planning committees to oversee the design and implementation of strategic plans and business-driven organizational development initiatives. Designed and delivered business improvement plans and implemented Management Information Systems (MIS), including an ERP solution and led an organizational transformation program. Researched and executed a materials procurement plan from China to reduce costs by 30% while maintaining the highest quality standards. In addition, I was in charge of redefining job descriptions and developing transformational linked KPI and incentive packages. I also introduced a 4D Project Information Process to enhance collaboration and lean practices across departments.

2013 - SECOND MILESTONE
As a Digital Transformation Program Leader at the Saudi Binladin Group, led the design and implementation of an Integrated 5D Project Information Process and restructured a 50 Bn complex megaproject organization. In addition, I implemented the Project Procurement and Work Packages concept and created an Integrated Cost Plan to govern contract deliverables and control the correlation between budget, billing, and costs. I also established a positive environment accommodating diverse team roles to maintain a cohesive team-based culture. As a result, I was able to maximize the potential of 100+ people.
