Through firsthand experience, He witnessed the fragmented nature of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry and recognized the immense potential for process enhancement. This realization drove his passion for bridging operational gaps, optimizing project delivery, and integrating innovation and technology into construction workflows.

Transitioning into the role of an internal business management consultant for significant construction groups in Saudi Arabia, He led comprehensive organizational and digital transformation programs. These initiatives aimed to streamline AEC processes from planning and design to construction and operations, fostering efficiency, collaboration, and cost reduction.

Drawing from his extensive industry experience, Bashar founded Construct360, an innovative construction business system designed to enhance organizational efficiency by integrating smart construction principles, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. Construct360 is built on practical insights and a cost-effective advisory approach, with a mission to reduce project timelines, enhance ROI, and drive sustainable growth.

As the Head of Digital Advisory at Studio Righini, Bashar is leading the firm's strategic digital transformation efforts, focusing on advisory services that unify technology, operational processes, and financial oversight. Through Construct360 and Studio Righini’s advisory platform, He helps businesses navigate digital maturity, implement AI-driven solutions, and create structured digital transformation roadmaps to future-proof their operations.
